I've looked on a couple of low-end phones forums, and I was wondering, why not make a GingerCream Sandwhich (ICS)? We can stay on Gingerbread, and still have the great features of ICS. We have an amazing themer (paris) and all the other DEV's could be up to the task and with EXT2/3/4 support, init.d support, and overclocking I'm pretty sure our phones will be beyond capable of running it.

I added the ics system-server to my ROM. I haven't looked at what else can be back ported

I'm actually working on theming a stock ICS theme straight from an ICS ROM right now.

Okay, thanks for all the DEVs that have been working on ROMs, Kernels, Themes and such.
