is it viewable jn the sun outside?

does their exists a anti-glare screen protector for this size?

how many nits?

Depending on how bright the sun is shining but I've never seen a single device that is usable enough in direct sunlight.

what about not direct sunlight ?

The Tab 7.7 doesn't have the brightest screen in the world. It's more than usable in most conditions, but outside is not one of them. And even aside from brightness issues, the screen on tablets are simply too reflective to be comfortable to use for any long period of time outdoors. The glare/reflections are way too distracting.

An anti-reflective screen protector should do the job,no?

can`t find the nits of this screen, why does samsung does not gives this out?

I can read fine on this device in broad daylight. Im an artist and got this to see if its a viable sketchpad. Color saturation suffers the most in full sunlight, but because of its high contrast ratio, you can read quite well (if you can read the 4pt font...)
