It's pretty jacked. It wouldn't even install. I basically took the HTC device files included from google AOSP and then imported changes from TickerGuy's Device files to see if I could get it to build. That did work, but I didn't include all of TickerGuy's code so it did leave out some key components.

I did however resolve the problem with it not completing the build which has been the biggest pain in both ICS and Gingerbread. I took TickerGuy's releasetools and included then into the AOSP code under /build/tools/releasetools/, something I will try with ICS at a later time. If I have some time tonight I will be going back and use TickerGuy's device files straight out. One thing is if I do get this to build we may still be in the same boat with HDMI possibly not working. I do have some ideas on that but first things first is I need a booting ROM before we move forward.

Where to start? Let's see, bigger sreen, fm radio, tegra 2 chipset, dual core 1ghz processor, 8 mp rear camera, etc. So yes I would say there is a bit of difference between them.

You guys are more than welcome to release it by all means. Since I am now working on CM7 I may not have a lot of time. However I will try and work on it a little this weekend and see if I can figure out the 3g issue.
 
been working on this for a while and ive redone the Rom from the ground up and included all the fixes we have this build has almost eveything working even calling and texting only thing is no data i decided to use Andro-ID's Ril files until we can get this working if you have wifi this is pretty close to a daily driver but not quite there yet

new build now using custom kernel by me :)

*g60madman i don't know how you fixed screen rotation so this build doesn't have the fix
 
anyone else's HDMI not showing up on the screen with the latest build?

Edit: i fixed the problem turns out it was my kernel that broke HDMI i'll be posting a new build soon
 
Okay guys heres a new build only difference from the last one is HDMI works but Wifi is broken

EDIT: if someone can make a custom kernel for this Rom im sure both Wifi and Hdmi will work

Out of curiosity, what exactly happened when you put in that kernel that broke HDMI?
What would happen when you plugged in the HDMI cable?
