Help Galaxy S2 stopped loading apps from SD card.

Well this has really jarrd me off. I leave the phone to go flat for the first time buying it and it's somehow managed to lose all the installed apps on my SD. So I tried removing it and reinserting it, I tried cleaning the contacts on both the card and the phone and I have tried factry reset but nothing. Anyone have any idea why it would just suddenly stop all apps when it runs out of power?

Have you analysed your SD card and internal memory with a file manager, to be sure the apps are really gone? It's possible you've not installed them on the card in the first place and/or have lost or corrupted the links to them.

I'm not sure, I can certainly access the SD content but how do I analyse it?
