Root Unlocking Bootlaoder Help (HTC Wildfire S Metro PCS)

Hello, I have been trying to unlock the bootloader for my Wildfire S. But I keep getting "Error 190" It says I am not updated. Please help me resolve this issue any help is appreciated. I created a video to give you a better idea of what I'm talking about.

-HTC Wildfire S
-Android 2.3.4
-Metro PCS
-hboot 1.10.1000
-S-ON

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THAT RUU! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THAT RUU!

All that RUU does is update your hboot to 1.10.0000. YOU ALREADY HAVE THAT HBOOT! Its pointless to try. I tried to tell you this in the other thread.

Scroll ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND CLICK

It will assume you have flashed the RUU. Follow the instructions from that point.

Sorry and thanks for your help (again).
I thought I needed to "flash" the RUU or whatever. So I do not need to download that RUU? I can just skip to step one? Sorry I'm not the best with this terminology. But I can tell you when I try to download the Metro PSC thing all it says is "Error 190". I understand what you are saying now and I will proceed to step one. But I don't think I've "flashed the RUU" or whatever.

No, all that RUU does is update your hboot to 1.10.0000. Since you already have hboot 1.10.0000, there is no point to downloading or installing the RUU from in Windows.

Just proceed to step one and continue from there without downloading or using the RUU.

I'm stuck on the part where it says to use the SDK manager. I have 2.3.4 and the SDK manager only has 2.3.3..
