I have a lg esteem flashed and was wondering how to remove the flash if it is posssible

Umm if you mean with out root or any roms what so ever. if you're not on version ZVD then you'd have to downgrade then upgrade to zvd if you're on zvc or zvb you can use the lg tool from the website to upgrade to zvd.
how you find out what version yo're on go to settings and options, about.. look for SW Version ...hope this help

i meant how do you remove the clockworkmod recovery.Do i have to update or something
yep to zvd it'll wipe it out
