Help Battery drains out suddenly

This phone is slowly becoming a nightmare. Yesterday I was listening to some music, when I was done the battery level was at 90%. 4 hours later when I came home because I forgot my phone, the battery was dead. I recharged the phone again, went to sleep and after 4-5 hours I heard a vibration...the phone went off again...why me lol????

So whats wrong with it? Everything was turned off (no game or anything was running), I have the apps that I usually have installed, there was nothing different with it. The phone just dies with no reason.
 
Have you tried installing BetterBatteryStats. It can tell you what is causing partial wakelogs. That is what keeps the phone awake and drains the battery. With it you might be able to identify any rogue apps that is causing the problem.

I think I found the problem. I'm not 100% sure but it looked like 2 games weren't really turned off (the widget wasn't showing any active app but I'm pretty sure they were running). I uninstalled those 2 games and now the phone seems to run normal :D

hello mate, i just installed the app to my phone. how do u use this app? and what is the best settings for this? it seems like i waste my money for this app?
 
BBS should be free....

Just look for partial wakelogs since charged or something like that. It will give you a list of processes that causes wakelogs. Then you can choose to diable, uninstall or whatever you want to do to control those apps.

Better Battery Stats is very unintuitive. It's for serious techies only.

I found that googleing the name of the highest process usually points one to a forum which explains whats going on and how to deal with it.

My battery was draining like water yesterday and I was going absolutely nuts trying to work out what was causing a process with an indecipherable name and of unknown heritage to run all the time!

In the end, a simple reboot of my handset solved the problem!!
 
This will help you, Clean the battery terminal with dry cloth then put your battery, if possible put small piece of paper so that the battery can contact firm with the terminal. that solve my problem.
