Instagram available for Android!

You can tell iPhone users are so simple, lol. They enjoy anything. The app has nothing interesting, just overhyped for some reason. I do have the app, and like it, but only bc I like almost everything that is new, then get bored after a few days. The app needs pinch to zoom, and the swiping feature, to see the next/previous photo while viewing a photo.

The big issue with this app and apps like it that start on the iphone and then come to Android is the iphone people are lemings (if you don't know google it).
I know a good 50 people who use instagram on iphone and my wife was soooooooooooooo excited when she could finally get it on her Android device. It does nothing...it's an app that iphone users got to have first and since they could only use it it made them excited...now that "WE" have it I promise you the app will die and they move on to the next app.

On a side not you can upload all your pics to Facebook or Twitter which are to apps almost everyone uses regardless of device. I'm all about things being uniform when it comes to social networking...thats the bottom line for me.
 
Guys, do not ever use blur effects while you are on 4G. It totally crashes my LG Esteem down to rebooting. I don't know why, but with Wi Fi on everything is OK.
I tried it severak times with different filters, but once you try to apply blurring with 4G on, crash happens. Sometimes ot crashes only the app itself, but much often it reboots a phone.

There's no possible way to troubleshoot this to devs so they could fix it, so I guess it's a cool brand new feature for hippsters.
 
Crashes me, almost. It makes my phone lag like a bastard. So, I have to reboot regardless. Same deal, I'm sure. As well as other apps that include the camera/editing.
