I keep seeing chargers listed to be compatible with the MyTouch when actually they mean the other 'touch' phones from HTC (the dash or the diamond for example) which use different connectors. Over and over I found the 'touch' phones listed as 'MyTouch'.. If you buy some chargers for the MyTouch, make sure it has the 11-pin HTC connector, or buy one of the 11-pin USB adapters (but who wants to use a dongle?)

you mean like the one I use to connect to my computer or the one I use in my car everyday?

Go ahead and pay $30 for one that says HTC or T-Mobile. I'll be using my straight from Hong Kong $2 ones.

I suggested that it is wise to make sure it works with the MyTouch since they are mis-representing chargers that are compatible with the 'Touch Diamond' and the 'Touch Dash'.. I have the charger.. it plugs in but won't charge my phone.. Maybe the charger is compatible but doesnt work because it is a 2$ one from Hong Kong..

Please read the posts more carefully before making snide remarks. I posted my experiences to try to help others who might be having the same issues as me. You could have been more tactful in your response.

I dont mean to be mean or anything, but the post you wrote was so un-formatted that I just couldn't bare to read it...

And that's the point of a 2$ charger, if it brakes, you get a new one.

A simple paragraph outlining my experiences.. I took the time to include enough information to be clear.. I dont know what was so brutal about it.

I am sorry to have bothered you all in my attempt to be helpful..
