Root Help I Screwed up my LG Esteem HELP

Guys I honestly don't know where I screwed up. First I ended up crashing adw launcher on mtmichaelson's [ZVD]Broken Out Esteem 1.0 w/ Blitzkrieg Kernel. After that it went into boot loop. So I then proceeded to download the "exitrecovery.zip" and I flashed my phone with that. Nothing happened. (it was still in boot loop) So then I tried to follow this How to Recover Your Esteem back to Stock - PlayfulDroidz Wiki I did exactly what it told me to do and... it didn't work. LGNPST told me something along the lines of it could follow the path. I can't really remember but in the bottom left corner it said emergency. I'm not sure if that is of significance. So it didn't download anything to my phone but it still says "DOWNLOAD IS IN PROGRESS. DO NOT DISCONNECT CABLE." Guess what I did. I disconnected the cable. Since, nothing was being downloaded to my phone I guess it was okay. Then I tried to LGNPST thing again. Same results. I really don't know what to do now HELP!

Hmm im not one of those people that could help you 100percent but i had some ttrouble with my esteem before... Can you boot into CWM, if so try backing up..

Yeah fortunately I can boot in cwm but thats about all I can do :(. Now when I boot up it doesn't even show the boot animation. All it does is show the LG logo.

Well I had them saved on my PC since they took up too much space, but luckily I had a mini-sd adapter. Ill try to restore to see if that works. Thanks.

and.. it worked! THANK YOU! I'm fairly new to flashing ROMS so im pretty much a noob at this.

k cool always have an adapter and a back up file on ur phone also use never know ;)
