As you have heavily u/c'd, I would be very careful on u/v'ing on such a limited range. Try u/v'ing by only 25mV at a time and DO NOT set your settings to Save on Boot-up until you are absolutely sure that they will not cause SOD, (Sleep Of Death). This can mean running your phone for half a day on each u/v.
Unfortunately, there is no one set of settings that will suit everyone's CPU, ROM, usages, etc: It really is a case of trial and error and will take patience and time as well as a lot of reading, both on here and xda forums.
One, "get out of jail card", that you can use in case of SOD is by following the Recovery Instructions in Menu immediately you install Voltage Control. It places a .zip file on your SD card that you can flash in case you need to remove the boot settings.
