I'll see about any other form factor differences from what we've seen in the videos.

It really depends on the testing, if they are beta testing final builds I would imagine that they would release the production models if early results show no total failures, it's been done before by many companies. And also hello to all, long time lurker first time poster. I work in the testing field (although I have no exp. with HTC phones I have extensive exp. with any and all things RIM). An example would be that RIM released the Storm before it was thoroughly tested.

as much as i kinda sorta don't like the i-phone look of it, it'd be kinda funny as a big F-U to apple/AT&T, having a phone looking like the iphone, but a bigger/better screen, faster, open source OS, and on the best network. the commercial possibilities are endless.

Agreed that they've released some phones that were obviously rushed. But I would hope they learned and would be a little more careful.

Please don't take the 4-6 weeks as a hard time frame...

This in confirmed to be the incredible right? Specs are higher then rumored and no red accent...if it truly has no red accents this phone is more of an option for me once more..sorry guys that red backed phone looked very 80s ish/ teeny bopper.
 
I can't confirm or deny the new specs, I saw a development phone, not a final product, I must say if the specs are correct it certainly would be close to living up to it's name.

I must say that NKT's info has officially grabbed my interest away from the Nexus One. As of right now I'm in "wait and see" mode for the end of March with CTIA. If something concrete is announced with a reasonable timeframe, I may just wait it out for the fully supported Verizon handset. My biggest fears with the Nexus One were the short return period, limited support channels, and restrictive plan/purchase options (no NE2, family plan), and it looks like those fears may be realized.

I'm with a lot of you guys on this.....the red side buttons, and red back with the whatever it is.....no shot with me. A flat, plain black back would've gotten me this phone in a heartbeat.

Agreed. I "feel better" but not going to fully commit to it until I see VZW announce it.
 
Before we flip the page, I just noticed the number and it made me think of a famous movie from the 80's. Anyone know what I'm thinking?
