Help Samsung Galaxy s2 (GT-I9100) does not support software updates

Hey,

I got a Samsung Galaxy s2 last September from O2 and I wanted to update to Ice Cream Sandwich, so I connected it to my Mac, launched Kies and I get created with this messages

Your device does not support software upgrading via Kies

Could someone please help me out a bit?

Okay, now it say that my Phone isn't responding while connecting, who knew that samsung made you go through so much struggle to fricking update your phone lol

Not really, I haven't changed anything that would prevent me from upgrading :/

Same here, connected eventually to Kies bit no option to update, doh!

Not sure what else to do...?

I contacted O2 and said to just come in store and they'll update it for me, wish me luck ^_^
