Root Who's a moron? This gal!

So, I managed to delete the download provider from my phone and as you all know, now I cannot get anything off the market or web. I have the Samsung Admire.
Please tell me someone knows how to fix this. I got the file and sent it to my phone, but when I try to install it, it will not install.

OP, are you getting an error message when you attempt to download from the Market? Is your phone indicating some type of connection to data, like 3G or WiFi?

Well, I couldn't figure it out, so I gave it to my brother who swore he rooted his phone and was an expert. When I got my phone back, not only was the downloader provider still gone, but my marker and navigation (WTF?) was gone too.
Before, when I had deleted the downloader like an idiot, I could no longer download anything from the Market or web. Now, my market is gone, my nav, and I cannot get any apps at all for my phone.
I've tried going to the market online, and says it installs, but it never makes it to my phone.
Anyone have any clue whatsoever how to fix this? If I deleted it with Titanium backup, a phone reset won't bring it back, will it?
I found the file on a site for the download provider, apk and transferred it to my SD card, but like I said, when I try to install it, it always fails.

Ok, the download provider is a system apk which means that you have to install it via ADB. You cannot just "install" it by clicking on it on your device. You have to use ADB to mount your system as r/w, then push the apk to /system then set /system to be r/w. Then, for good measure you'll want to refresh your dalvik cache.

If worse comes to worse, a wipe and reset will fix it (and market and nav), obviously at the cost of losing everything (although, I saw you mentioned TB which would make things a lot easier).

Oh, and next time, smack your brother for deleting market and nav! ;-)

@Coderaz: Thank you for your help! Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do what you've said. I am a total newbie to this, but I can follow directions. Could you guys give me a step by step? I have no idea what ADB is or how to mount, push or refresh. So, you're gonna have to explain it to me. Don't laugh.

I said don't laugh. :P

I rooted the phone with the step by step you can find on this forum, so if you can point me right, I'm sure I can do it. This was a really stupid failure on my part. While deleting bloatware or other stuff thru TB, I removed the downloader (which was one space above the file I meant to remove) and didn't realize it until I had hit 'yes'.

If all else fails, knowing I can reset the phone helps. And that restores it to factory condition? Do I have to root the phone again?

To help you out a bit no factory reset will not undo root I will just remove the apk. That allows you to have root access and afactory reset will not do anything if u removed a apk from the Tom it cannot be recovered so just install clockworkmod on your phone and install a .zip that's your phones original rom
