I have a nandroid backup of my Miui and am getting ready to try out bRom. After I get bRom up and running to flash between that and the Miui does data have to be wiped each time before restoring the nandroid? And in bRom to flash back to the backup of it does the prep rom have to be run again or can you just go between backups? Haven;t done this before because usually if I try a Rom I just stick with it.

You don't have to do anything before restoring a nandroid, it will take care of it when you do that. You need to wipe when flashing a new ROM, but when restoring a nandroid it will restore the phone exactly how it was when you made the backup.
