Help International Texting?

Does MetroPCS support international texting to Wales? I have the Unlimited $60 plan (grandfathered in).

Doubtful. But maybe. I can text Alaska and Alaska can call me but I can't call Alaska. Its not covered by metropcs but for some reason can text and receive calls just can't make them
