OP I dunno there may be a mod out there that increases voltage to the motor that drives the vibration.. but you will probably not get a significant gain in vibration doing that... best way to increase vibration strength is to get a bigger motor and offset weight... but that would be a project and a half as you'd first have to find something that would fit inside your phone and then solder it on.
