How do i turn off vibrate clicks everytime i click something?

Also how do i stop all apps and programs running; where would i go for a task manager?

Settings=Sounds= unclick Haptic Feedback. As for stopping programs, I believe you need an app for that.

Make sure you click back key to close apps, or doing a restart, task killers are not recommended, sometimes they do more harm than help you

thanks a lot guys, yea i just downloaded a task manager, but ill delete it ri9ght now haha, what about cleaners? such as a cache cleaner and a memory cleaner...are those recommended?
