I have Call Meter 3G. Very sophisticated app.

That doesn't seem to monitor wifi usage as well. Or is it just not in the screenshot?

It doesnt monitor that type of data. I tried to see of I could. All the info in the screenshot is covered and keeps logs for as long as you need them, just change log duration to 0 (meaning never) but thats a preference of mine.

I known MIUI has an app built in that does this .. not sure if it would be hard to make it work on a different rom

Traffic Counter is also a good one. It will keep track of your minutes too. (And texts too, but that should be irrelevant.)
