1. Root the phone
2. Install xRecovery or CWM recovery
3. Download ROM you want to install, put it on SD card
4. Make backup in recovery, then full wipe
5. Install custom ROM from SD card
6. Reboot
7. If you don't like the ROM, repeat from step 3.
