Help Please Help; screen turns off on call!

Hey all,
I need a help with a problem I have.
I bought new Galxay S 2 a few days ago, and it worked fine. Now, the screen shuts off when I get or make call.
My carrier is Orange. I've checked the Screen setting few times. it didn't happened before untill tonight.


Nothing happened to the phone, didn't fell and I didn't even dowloaded apps yet



What can I do to fix it?

You do realise it is meant to turn off when the proximety sensor detects the phone is at your head... takes a second or 2 to come back on sometimes.

I'm not stupid, I know it happen. but the screen do not work at all...

First time read a problem like yours. But since you haven't put anything in there, my suggestion is to backup your contacts by syncing with google, and any other updates you need. Then just factory reset the phone. If that doesn't resolve it, just bring it back and get a replacement since it must still be under warranty.

I had this happen to me once.
I kept happening till I rebooted the phone then the issue never came back.
