No. I don't hate this phone, its just that the os is annoying. My old iP4s was simple and I liked it that way. Now I have to swipe here and clicked there before I can do what used to come effortlessly on the iphone. I made the switch because I liked what ics had to offer but where is that at? Plus, the battery life is horrible! I could go a day and a half without having to charge my iP4s. Now I have a charger in my car, at work and at home. Ok so its bigger so it uses more battery.ok but are they using the same battery from their smaller phones? I hope it gets better with ics but either way, I'm stuck here for the next 2yrs. Plus, judging by the way it feels in my hand and the locations of the buttons, I'm sure it Will be redesigned by then...

Hmm, it kind sounds a lot like you DO hate this phone AND the OS. The OS is annoying to you, you don't like the feel of the phone and the locations of the buttons. Why would you buy this phone in the first place? Why didn't you just take it back and get another iPhone??

I'm not ragging... just curious is all.

I want to like this phone. The reason I bought it was because of it's size and because I read that ics was on it's way and I liked the way that looked and according to everything I've been reading lately, ics is supposed to fix everything I hate about.my.device. Plus, my 30 days are up so I can't take the phone back.....and I sold my iPhone

I see we have a lot of women in the house on the size thing lol. I don't know now. It wasn't a size thing for me. I wanted a phone that could do it all and when i saw the Note as a game console video, i was sold. I feel mislead thou. Reception is excellent in town but bad on the outskirts i live. The cell tower maps i saw had almost had this entire side of the state covered. I also thought they had 4g here or were getting it soon. And Samsung is slow with updating their phones. I would probably go Verizon on a redo. I know the have service everywhere here and 4g lte. I never had the intentions of phone hunting. I went with what i thought was the best service provider and the phone just happened. My brought is on Verizon wig the rzr maxx and i wouldn't mind that.

I bought this phone because of it's size. I can palm a basketball so my hands are big enough. My problem is that sometimes, when I'm in a hurry, the OS can be cumbersome

it's different, i have used iphones for years, i know how you feel. but once you realize how much apple restricts your freedom you will never go back.

some things a quirky (coming from an iphone), but you have so much freedom in customizing your phone you will flip out ! if you want you can actually make it work and look exactly like an iphone if you want (so i hear) - but i don't want too...

i love the screen size and i have gotten used to the OS. it's different but it works just as good if not better than a iphone... you are free now ! and you have a screen that makes others drool...

i have gotten so many compliments since i got this phone... "wow, it's so big"

enjoy !!!!

I've had the phone for a month now and I still love it. Haven't had a single problem with it, it's a beautiful phone and the battery lasts me all day. I haven't had it die on me once. I think Samsung did an awesome job on this phone. I still get comments all the time about how big it is but it just seems normal to me now.
