Haha I noticed that too. I had problems with the activation code tho and I still haven't gotten my number -.-

To activate the sim card

oh, I never had to...
I had a prepaid GSM phone once with T-Mobile, my dad already set it up for me so I never did an activation process before..

I never even turned on my Optimus M, my dad did....it was already activated :banghead:

ahh. I've never done it before either because the people at the T-mo store think I'm stupid and don't know how to activate it myself even though I insisted, but they wouldn't let me go home with out it activated.

I think you can give them any serial number, as long as it's yours and it's not being used with another SIM that has a working #, and then put the SIM in whatever phone you want to

I called and I'm supposed to get a new number today but nothing yet and then I can port this number to my old one. Oh n they asked me for my phone serial number... I thought it wasn't necessary. :banghead:

999999999999999
You can just use that.
I'm talking to online support to see if I can just get a new activation code that way...

to annoy the heck out of ya hahaha

They sure annoyed me
:banghead:

i even went on the chat support and typed like there lines while they typed a short sentence :D
