Nope with this disaster they've pretty much lost me from future pre-orders. The lack of info has been terrible. At least Best Buy sent some freaking emails. I'm sure they will send some tomorrow as well. RS won't send anything until two weeks from now.

Yeah it sucks I don't understand how they literally have had no communication with anyone... I had to post something on their Facebook wall to get them to even say that they knew it delayed in the beginning of all of this... When I purchased my preorder the 2 sales associates said it was the first preorder they have ever done... I'm guessing not alot of people in my area preordered.... At that store anyway... I will be calling first thing tho

Radioshack's handling of the original EVO is why I ended up ordering straight from Sprint this time. I went into the store the first day pre-ordering was available and the associate working didn't know there was even a pre-order available for it. I ended up having to tell him what was going on from what i had read on here.Yeah it sucks I don't understand how they literally have had no communication with anyone... He had to go check with his manager to make sure it was even possible. It turned out their district manager was there and wasn't thrilled with them.

Not yet here, and the preorder order number they emailed me isn't even searchable to see if they have updated anything. It would be kinda nice to know how to plan my work week to know which day to schedule longer to leave earlier to go get my new toy. HTC finally convinced me the intrusion of Sense was dialed back enough for me to get an HTC phone and now they don't want to give it to me. Converted me over from being VERY close to picking up a Galaxy Nexus but that seems to be the common dilemma on here, one's here but a Samsung and the other not here yet but sounds great.

My guess is just people being crazy-happy to see their phone is actually on its way, and sharing the happiness to give others hope? If that's not why then I have no idea
Edit: "crazy-happy" = super happy, very happy, etc. Didn't want anyone to think I meant CRAZY.... lol :dancing2:
Says online that my EVO LTE will come by Thursday the 24th!
I read it a little bit differently...but I admire your optimism!
