Root Galaxy Ace not switching on

I own a rooted Samsung Galaxy Ace running on gingerbread 2.3.6 (stock ROM). I used Root Toolbox for the first time to wipe my cache and after rebooting, my phone won't switch on. It is stuck on the Galaxy Ace logo. I got into recovery mode a several times, applied Factory Data reset from there, but of no avail. Is my phone 'Bricked' or is there any other problem? Please help me out.

have you tried flashing your phone using odin?

No, your phone has not bricked.
It seems that cache wiping didn't go so well, next time use CWM to wipe cache.
I have never used Root Toolbox so i cannot say that its a bad app.

Now these are your options:
1. Restore a nandroid backup(if you have one).
2. Try flashing a new rom
3. If that doesn't work, use Odin to flash a fresh stock firmware and then you can root it again and install CWM. This is your last option and also the most reliable.
