I think I need more corroboration before I get excited... if it's all true, I would expect some more leaks to be forthcoming.
 
Seriously, if this becomes an issue lets move to another site. Forums are meant for discussion not continued moderation. I will be happy to start a topic on another site. I'm sure the other site will be more tha happy to accept all of the traffic coming in. This is just getting silly.
 
Wow, I woke up to some crazy *hit haha. If this gets closed, I'll just create a, "OFFICIAL TALK ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT & THE INCREDIBLE" thread :cool: That is if the mods haven't told me to hit the road... Then I'll open up my own forum hahaha :D


On the Incredible though, maybe the 27th date will come through... If you saw at all this AM TMO is launching the HD2 on the 24th. So VZW could wanna squash that with an Incredible launch. Steal some of their thunder. Not so much because they need to, but it would be fun :p
 
You know what would be cool, is if when you break a moderator's rule, the sith moderator avatar comes out on your screen and double lightsabres your ass.

Phone arena has a forums page and it seems to be RARELY used or patrolled :cool: We could probably superstar that forum haha
 
Maybe Verizon's big news coming up is PTT for blackberry...:cool:

There ain't *hit on the google news about Verizon or anything. Verizon is so tight lipped lately, and not making ANY waves. Like they want everyone (minus us of course ;)) to forget about them..

Considering you have 3 posts to your name and no history in Android Forums I assume you are either a spy from Apple or just a sad little man (or woman) who feels that their time is much more important than it actually is.

I have an idea for you to help you in regards to not having to read 15 pages of nothing. DON'T READ IT! Start your own thread full of simple minded, anal retentive douche bags like yourself and post once per month if that makes you happy. I don't recall anyone inviting you to join this thread nor you making any contribution to the previously closed one so you won't be missed.

Dude, I feel your pain and have been doing much the same. If the Incredible does not come out on the 27th or there is no definite confirmation of its release date, then I may just bail and switch to T-Mobile, which is something I really don't want to do, but I'm tired of waiting for an out-of-this-world Android phone.

Switching to T-Mobile will just get you a phone that will be out of date in 6 months (WinMo 7) on a network that is known to have spotty 3G coverage (see Nexus 1 issues and their map). Don't let the big screen fool you. It's still WinMo, it's still T-Mobile and if I can wait since Sept then you can.
 
^^^ I agree, if price isn't a problem, eff it, stay with VZW. HOW pissed will you be if you go to T-MO and then like 35 days in boom some sweet @SS shit comes out for VZW or this summer? You'll be like wth, shoulda waited
 
I really feel like if the 27th was the real deal we will be seeing more confirmation over the rest of this week with official confirmation during CTIA. I have only seen 1 (apang) person who said the 27th. Not dis-crediting him, but I need more than that to believe it.


Edit: That whole thing of it not being released until December?! Man that would NOT be good. Not at all.

Walmart had the Droid for sale the first day that the VZW store did. Actually many Walmarts sold the phone a day early so were the first stores to sell the Droid. That's how I got mine and walked into the VZW store that night asking for accessories. You should have seen the looks on the reps faces when I pulled out the Droid :D

Do people with "connections" get the chance to buy the phone or have it before it comes out? Reason I'm asking is "my". I take that quote 2 ways.

Testing (the phone he was given to test) or Testing it out (like I just bought it/was given one) and I am testing it out.

Know what I mean? Could possible testers, VZW employees, Family members of higher up VZW staff, etc be allowed to purchase the phone before the public?

I doubt it, I think he just put "my" meaning it was sent to him for testing, not that he owns it. I think if I was given one, I would say playing around with my HTC Incredible, not testing it out.

True, good point. I am graspin' at straws lol. For whatever reason, this morning I am not feeling good about the launch of this phone. Something just doesn't seem right for a supposed next week launch...

Dude. I'm considering jumping to Att if they release the Desire or even Sprint for the SS. Hell I would even take an iCrap right now over the POS phone I have. Verizon has until May 5th to shit or get off the pot.
