This Phone Is Going to Last for a Lifetime

Plan to keep this for at least a good year and a half. Plan to buy a gtx660 whence ret released in q3 or Q4 of this year and having buy a new phone would suck ass.
 
I want bigger than 4.3 it looked huge when I got my first one but now this screen size seems average. Don't make something nasty out of that lol

Exactly. I was thinking maybe a year or two though. The only bad thing about this phone is its little teeny weeny single core. Dual core would make this phone a dream :-D
 
I like this phone a lot, but I doubt I'm going to keep it for 2 years. Only way I will keep it that long is if within those two years, no new/better phones come out. I wonder how many versions on Androids OS will be released in those two years. I wouldn't mind a phone w/ the same screen size, I just want it with a faster processor :D! Everything else; GREAT!!

Ikr..just talked to a bud that owns a metro store-same here $249 for mine. Makes me.feel lucky getting my sons on eBay a few days ago for $188;):thumbup:
 
Heeey. That's the deal.
By the way we all now this phone is fantastic. We had a rocky road in the beginning with the crappy battery, and buying humpback batteries. And after all we dont even need the thing but now, woohoo.

This single core 1ghz phone with 512 RAM will be considered very low end at the end of next year (assuming the world doesn't end this December). Maybe not to Metro users though. It's already beginning to feel somewhat sluggish to me with some of the newer apps/games I've tried on it the past two months...and the low amount of RAM is really starting to become noticeable.
 
I've had this phone for almost 6 months since its release in Oct. WOW had I never thought a phone this capacity would last me this long. I love it. Just need to change my launcher now cus it's freezing my phone but thats it. A dual core with ICS would be perfect. Otherwise, it does miracles :)

im not a big fan of ics look, don't like the new menu setup

I'm planning to replace it with a multi-core and Android 5.0 Jelly Bean by the end of the year.
