I concur, but.... You can look in the Saygus website and get information on that phone... Why would he be reluctant to mention any type of name if it was that phone?

I appreciate your input, and although the comment the manager made concerning the new BB device is seemingly far-fetched, I think it's silly at this point to disregard the information simply because we haven't heard about it yet. The Blackberry T that is supposed to be announced at the RIM meeting the end of April is rumored to have a new RIM OS. Whether it is a joint working with Google is suspect, but your contact very well may have been referring to that.
well can any of that be trusted or worth anything? still waiting on a reply

I think this phone was pictured several times over the past few weeks on www.blackberryos.com. One of the pics showed the "about" screen, and it was running Blackberry OS version 6.0. Definitely a new OS, but nothing screeamed hybrid/Android OS.

I'm not directing this at you personally Steven, because your post is what this forum is all about, but I'm getting REALLY, REALLY sick of these bloggers who have NOTHING to contribute other than making a weak attempt at passing someone else's information off as their own. Hey, let's just reword someone else's blog post a little, put my own spin on it, add a small link back at the bottom, and what do ya know! I've got fresh content!
Run through this cycle a few times and you've got self-perpetuating ecosystem of bullspit that not only fails to provide any real information but also becomes the primary source of DISinformation... Except for Verizon customer service reps, of course.
What a bunch of crap. I'm ready to quit clicking any links from this forum unless it begins with verizonwireless.com.
Keep digging, though... One of these days there will be a nugget of gold in all the horse crap.

I am sticking with NKT's April/may release date from the incredible and i am really tired of all the "news" about the incredible, it is likely that these blogs are getting their info from here....Because everytime i read them, it is nothing i've not already heard on here...

Anytime someone says they an inside source or if I feel there is a strand of new info., I'm going to want to share it. What interested me is what he said about the back of the phone.
