Root Bootloop - can not access to recovery, any advice?

Can go into Hboot.
No root in this device, as far as i know.
Device can be detected in fastboot.
Device can not be detected in adb.
Bootloop into white htc incredible screen, no more.

In Hboot, if i select recovery, it goes to white "htc incredible" screen and start bootloop, sometimes it just freeze there.

I can go into RUU mode, but RUU software just stop with "unknown error"
I am trying to restore using this one:
RUU_Incredible_C_Gingerbread_S_VERIZON_WWE_4.08.605.2_Radio_2.15.10.07.07_NV_1.70_release_222194_signed.exe

Tried to install by PB31IMG.zip method, some files flash with no problems, but can not fix bootloop, others files just wont load.

Tried flashing custom recoveries, flashing with no problems (clockmod or amonRa), but can not get them to work, just "htc incredible" white screen

Try flashing this file in hboot:
Inc_GB_Final.zip

Have to rename it to PB31IMG.zip

Being as the phone is s-on you have really limited options if you can't get a recovery working.

File recongnised, loaded, but stops after blue bar completes... error said "No image or Wrong image" or something like that.

Tried something else:

Unzipped files and flashed them with fastboot cmd

Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
ok!
fastboot flash boot boot.img
ok!
Fastboot flash system system.img
ok!

No chage, still bootloops...

I do not know how to flash the others, or if i even could in my s-on state

Beginning to think i got a nice housing and lcd screen for spare parts.

Something new:

After flashing the 3 files i mentioned earlier, now i does not bootloop... just stays at the White "htc incredible" screen, like forever.

Let the cellphone, like 6 hours to see if it was slowly booting but no luck.

Also notice, if i connect device to computer in this state, i got a driver request for a com port, Qualcom cdma technologies msm... installed it and now the phone is detected by QPST (used this program to test conection only), but it says it can not connect cause it is in download state.. ??? is this any kind of good news... maybe it is waiting for splash screen file... how could i flash it separately??

When it gets stuck at the white incredible screen, it means the boot.img is messed up in some way.
