Lol this is the FASTER speed I've ever seen on any carrier in the world. double check that because almost 100% sure your app is not working properly.

The app is called LTE Speedtest. I know its ridiculously off because speedtest we all use reports vastly lowerspeeds. The mod did raise my score substantially though

THIS IS NOT A DATA UPGRADE!!
1. What does this do?
This is a modification to the services.jar framework file, that allows you to have an un-throttled internet.
2. Will this make my internet faster?
Yes and No. This will not "Upgrade" your internet. This only takes the trottle off, so you can download, or play games and not have to worry about it hitting a certain peak and lagging from that point on. It doesn't provide you with a new internet, only a warm fuzzy feeling from knowing you don't have to worry about it capping off.

Also i made this for ZVD so thats the only rom that I can confirm that it works on but i wouldnt be surprised if it would work on any rom.
*NOTE
if you are running a rom or theme that already has some services.jar mods then this mod will wipe out those other mods. I would suggest using the linked thread to mod your services.jar yourself

I think i messed up. I download the Governor remover but now i cant use my internet. I go to; setting and go to mobile network- then i get a message Sorry! the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.. after this my phone goes to airplain mode for a few seconds and back on but no internet

lol lost your internet just flash your back up if you have one.
you guys make sure you have 4g enabled before you flash this lol if not and you have wifi at home just use data switch from the market to turn your 4g on.

Force closes mobile network
i was worried about questions like this lol. here is my best answer
well there are data governors on the phone that stop the data from staying at a certain speed. say if i was downloading something and the top speed i was allowed to reach with my data was 10mb per second (just an example). as soon as my data reached 10mb per second it would drop down to lower than that because it was capped. but with the data governor removed it will be able to stay at 10mb

i can confirm it works.my speedtest test was
before ping 155ms dl 928kbps ul 762kbps
after instal mod ping 137ms dl 1088kbps ul 940kbps.
it was tested on broken rom with homless kernel on lg esteem.
the thing that didnt work for me was lg esteem optimizer which i paid 2.99 but my phone was slow like hell.

Haha yeah I don't see how my mod could make your phone lag. And the update script is set to wipe cache and dalvik...but I guess wiping it one more time does the trick

It made my phone laggy too. As far as i am concerned, there is no reason for it to lag, especially if its on airplane mode. But for whatever reason, it makes my phone lag...
