Help I need lighting help.

I just got my Vivid, it came pre-loaded with 4G LTE ICS, and I cannot find anywhere in the manual how to get the Home, Menu, Back, and Search buttons to illuminate. Makes it difficult to use in the dark. Thanks.

Hmmmm, mine don't light up in a lighted environment or in daytime, but when it is dark, they auto light up. Try going into a dark room, or in a closet, and see if they light up when you start using the phone. They should, and if they don't, call your service provider tech support.

Thanks folks, going in the closet worked. I guess sitting on my couch without the lights on is just not quite dark enough.
