Help Network Recption Indication Error

Hi, recently I've been having a problem.

The indicator for signal recepction (the one that has four bars), usually indicate that I have signal. But I cant send/receive messages or calls. So when I dragged down the notification bar, it says (No Service) instead of indicating my Network Provider. How can I fix this? I've tried turning the phone on and off but its still stays like so.

try to reboot . if its still not working reset factory ur phone ;)
 
Still same problem, I can't seem to know what's causing this. I've factory resetted, tried in using another SIM, another phone. The phone seems to be the problem/
