I can tell you how it is, it sucks. Earlier tonight I tried logging into my account and was unable to do so. I wanted to make sure that I was still paid up until July 19. I enetered the security question answer to retrieve my password and it said the answer does not match. I then placed several phone calls to customer service to get the issue resolved, was disconnected several times and now my phone was shut off by customer service. They now have my money and I do not have service. Evey time I try to call them from my phone it says to enter the number and then says they have no record of that number. I called from a non metro pcs phone and tell them my problem and get disconnected from them. I then call back and this time they say the system is updating to call back in 15 minutes. Also a few days ago I had to do a hard rest on my phone because of some low memory message when there was plenty of available memory and ever since then the my metro app does not work, it says to exit and try in 5 minutes while it is being setup.
So the "MetroPCS wireless for all" does not seem to apply to me even though I am paid ahead. If this is how they treat their customers they deserve to go bankrupt and cease to exist.
I hope this gets resolved soon. I will go to a local store tomorrow that is not corporate owned so I do not know if they will be able to help me or not.
