Help HTC Wildfire Market not working!!!

I just reset my whole phone - due to it going completely mental and not working at all! So I re-added my google account when I went onto market. Now when I go to go onto market, it gets starts to load on the screen asking me to accept android market terms of service, and then after a long wait says 'an error had occured. Please try again later.' I can't get it to work damn it!!! Please help!!!
 
I have been having the same problem, have spent a weekend re-booting, setting up new accounts and trawling the net to find answers!! perhaps it's not just me!

I have also lost Market and at one stage rebooted and updated to Google play but still not working and after last reboot reverted to Market!! Sorry to hijack your post Mackiehev! Help somebody please!

>Did you try clearing the data of the market or Google play app

>and background data should be enabled for market to work it is in
settings>accounts & sync
 
Thanks Samrox, I did this as remembered that was one suggestion I'd seen and got Market back( Now Google Play) back and it updated, but it is still not right, goes to uppload then nothing, also cannot access facebook in account setting, just keeps saying ?This service is not available' Internet working but cant access google play directly. All very odd!


Maybe to do with my signal as I don't have 3G at home will try at work today??
 
That happened to me so i had to root it.
Just Download a gappps zip file and then
hold the power and the trackball button then
- go to recovery
- btw you have to have clockworkmod recovery
- Install zip from sd
- choose zip from sd card
- choose gapps zip file
- YES
