has anyone paid for the web site called andriodplayground.net i found it when i was downloading a app from the market someone said thats how they got it and i wasnt sure if its worth the 10 a year.

Way different. Sounds to me like they are offering paid apps for free, how does the original developer make money off this? A paltry fraction of a percentage point of $9.99?
