Video conversion settings?

Anyone want to take a stab at what the optimal settings for videos we're going to load onto the N7 should be or is that best left until we actually get the device in hand?

Sorry Google but I'm not going to pay to stream what I already own. :p

(I'd be using handbrake for final conversion. Not sure what others will be using.)

"Google Play Movies now allows you to store up to 2,000 of your own movies for free"
Imagine how cool it would be if they offered that. I'd imagine you won't need to encode at too high of a bitrate, since there's no HDMI output, you're not going to notice a few compression artifacts on a 7" screen.

As an aside, imagine how cool it would be if Redbox stations (at airports, and other mobile locations) could be upgraded to transfer rentals using NFC+WiFi Direct, so you'd pay your $1, and have an offline copy of the movie delivered within a minute to your device.

I could see that happening in the future.
