Root Changing Text on Lockscreen

How is the text on the lockscreen changed (CyanogenMod 7)? At one time, I changed it easily from within one of the CyanogenMod Settings, however, I've since forgotten where this is located. It may have been in one of the applications I installed, i.e., Avast Mobile - but I couldn't find it in any of these settings either.

I also did a file contents search for the string I am currently using. I found it in a CyanogenMod CMParts preference file - changed it there but it did not change the text on the lockscreen.

If you can help this 'ole man' in finding this setting, it would be appreciated.

My kids lost my Optimus V, so I am going off memory. It is in settings -> CM7 settings and then within one of those submenus is custom carrier label. That is what you want to edit.

I don't see a submenu under the CyanogenMOD Settings for 'custom carrier label.' It's not under any of the settings under CyanogenMOD.

As I said, I was going off memory and it is in one of the sub menus, but I see Riggerman got the tree for you.
