Worth getting?

I'm thinking about getting the GNEX. I'm asking you, the Nexus community whether you are satisfied with the device. I am getting it with the T-Mobile prepaid plan because I am a cheap piece of shit. Should I get the Nexus or wait until LTE phones come out on T-Mobile?

I don't think paying less for the same thing or better is being a cheap piece of shit...it's called being intelligent.

Gone are the days of contract plans being better IMO. :)

Ah, I might just get one because unlocked phones cost a ton of money, and this one is really cheap.

I hope you receive your phone, and the stupid injunction doesn't get in the way.

Yeah I hope so too. So far it is still for sale on the play store and Customer Service is saying as long as it's for sale it will ship.

Are you ordering yours from the play store?
 
I like this phone. I bought one from Negri for like $600 and do not regret paying that (although I wish I would have known that I could have gotten it for less). I am on a t-mobile value plan, because it isn't covering the cost of a subsidized phone it is much cheaper. I have 1000 Minute Value—Talk plan. Up to 2 gb of non-throttled data (per line) and unlimited texts for under $89 a month for 2 phones. I was paying that for 1 phone on Sprint/Verizon.
 
Just because they are getting Jellybeans first id say yes its worth it. The GNex just might get Key Lime pie too.
 
Buy the phone - it's great now with Jelly Bean. I paid $650 and now it's half of that. Also get service from straight talk - they resell Tmobile and ATT. Check out which has better network in your area. I have Tmobile and it's very good and only $45/month...
