Root Help With CWM Recovery Install

Ok,I am trying to help a friend install CWM Recovery on his Verizon HTC Incredible phone so we can extend his Internal Storage to 3gb. or 4gb. from his SD Card.
I need to know which CWM to use and how to install it.

Oh,Yeah.Can someone give me a link for the HTC Incredible USB drivers too?

Is the phone rooted already or have s-off?

not rooted and sync is on right now,I don't have the phone in hand.My buddy has it and i was going to walk him through the process.
