I've been told not to expect any more than 512 and that it doesn't matter because the thing is fast as $hit. That's it, no other hidden meaning. I was told to look for another surprise (good) unrelated to the specs (whatever that means)...this is why I didn't want to say anything because it's so vague and I should have just resisted temptation and kept my mouth shut. Either way, nothing but good news tomorrow.

as long as its faster than the droid and comes out soon i'm fine... back to the 8330 for the weeks between my return of the droid to waiting for the incredible. i'm on the verge of running over the 8330 for being so slow... Hope there really is good news tommorow

That's an interesting thought. Maybe that's where some of the confusion came in with the test units. Maybe they were two different test units for two different models.

Another option would be that the phone is going to come in different colors.

I understand that, I guess my question was has the VZW site always redirected you to google when you search Nexus One on their page? Everything I have read pointed to a release on the 23rd (tomorrow) so maybe that is part of the site redesign? Thanks! :)
 
I don't think Verizon will make a big deal when the N1 gets released on their network. ATT doesn't even mention the n1. The incredible will be talked about since it's a branded phone and unique to Verizon.
 
I think for the testman website, it only goes down for outside internets, so they can do testing on their intranet....For the last week or so it's been down nightly, but we have yet to find anything significant changed.


That's my analysis anyway.

I agree, the nexus one really seems to be out on its own island, and the only tour guide is google.

It's odd that they knew about the droid way before but know nothing about the incredible days before it's anticipated release.
