Seriously, wasn't meant to be some drama nuke, just didn't want to come right out and disagree with the poster who tipped about the whole 512 ram + 512 rom (".86 Gb"). I've been told not to expect any more than 512 and that it doesn't matter because the thing is fast as $hit. That's it, no other hidden meaning. I was told to look for another surprise (good) unrelated to the specs (whatever that means)...this is why I didn't want to say anything because it's so vague and I should have just resisted temptation and kept my mouth shut. Either way, nothing but good news tomorrow.
Night, hope this helps some of you catch some Zzz's...
It could be there is more than one version, say one with or without the 8gb memory.
f5, f5, okay.. i really f5, have to, f5 get to f5 bed, f5 f5.
At least I'll be able to sleep tonight. Guess I didn't have to pop those tylenol PM to get the job done.

Currently the N1 is available only in GSM for Tmobile or ATT in the states. The CDMA Verizon isn't out yet and has lower specs than the incredible It's also FAR harder to transfer CDMA phones to a different provider so really you would just be using the N1 with only verizon when it comes out.
Crown Royal works pretty good too, and tastes waaaayy better.![]()
when you try to click on shop for phones it takes you to the droid page...
I think for the testman website, it only goes down for outside internets, so they can do testing on their intranet....For the last week or so it's been down nightly, but we have yet to find anything significant changed.
That's my analysis anyway.
I don't think Verizon will make a big deal when the N1 gets released on their network. ATT doesn't even mention the n1. The incredible will be talked about since it's a branded phone and unique to Verizon.
If you like Crown, I will suggest 40 creek whiskey......very good, and less expensive.
mmmmmm......whiskey 7's

Just called Verizon:
Me: Hello I've been having trouble with my phone and would like a new one - can you check If I'm eligible for an upgrade (I already know I am)
Her: Yes you are eligible, any phone in particular that you're interested in?
Me: I'd like to place an order for the htc incredible right away as I need a new phone.
Her: (voice tone becomes more hushed and rushed) - oh I don't see anything about that smartphone in our system
Me: I see, how long before launch do you know about a phone?
Her: Usually we know a month before, as with the droid and eris.
Me: KTHANKSBYE
It's odd that they knew about the droid way before but know nothing about the incredible days before it's anticipated release.
I think last friday night, it was down for at least a couple hours. But what is the average down time?

Has anything ever come from the testman site? Not being smart, I really don't know. Seems like they'd know better than to let something big slip there.
