Root sooo how is lg connect tethered to PS3

I wouldn't use tether on you're device for anything other than maybe to update any game console.
 
I've used tethering to play online on my xbox. Playing Black Ops online while someone else was using skype or minecraft, but not both at the same time. Lag was about the same as my wifi, very slight, overall it was really stable. My phone did get hot than a mother though and I had an ice pack with me and I'd set the phone on it for about 2 minutes every like 25 minutes to keep it at >105 degrees f

I'll keep that in mind lol it just sucks I can't play my fighting games online. I can at least play my mw3...... And soon black ops 2 :D

No, it's the last three letters of your baseband version... there are three I think zv's 8,9&A. Zva removed access to easy tether but I used a non-market tether that works... I have a screenshot of it's info around here somewhere.

@flames... I found the red/black theme thread on the first page of the all things root section.
 
i just installed the wifi tether that token is using. i will do some tests tomorrow and let you guys know what I come up with

Open tether, press menu, settings, device profile, optimus s.....

Yes this does work. I couldn't get any wifi tether app to work, including this one, until Tokenpoke tipped me off on changing the device profile to optimus s. Works flawless.

I changed the device profile to Optimus S just now but it's still not working. I have Juice Defender Pro on currently running. If there any thing else that I need to change in the settings. I'm testing the wifi connect on my iPad. Thanks for your help.
