Root [Boost Mobile] changing prl's

Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to change my prl's. I'm new and there's a lot information to process i'm a little confused. thanks for any help you can give

Ok.i dont understand if i did somethin.but i cant get the same speed tests as i got b4.wen i first changed my prl from the original one.i was real good speeds but now im not gettin nothing
