Hello all, this is the new nexus 7 bootanimation on the lg optimus elite, download from link.

You do not need to resize this bootanimation, just download and move to phone.

Runs very Smooth

To install
#1 download zip (do not unzip)
#2 rename to bootanimation (do not name it bootanimation.zip)
#3 move to system/media and overwrite existing bootanimation
#4 reboot and enjoy

How does the boot animation/sound affect the boot time? I mean, does the boot process stop while the phone is busy playing the animation and sound, or is it busy doing the important stuff in the background while the animation is playing? Will using a 0-second animation make my phone boot up 7 seconds faster than a 7-second animation?

Haven't tried on the Elite but when I had the Optimus V, I diabled the boot animation and it maybe sped up boot by a few seconds. It was nothing to get excited about

***EDIT - I deleted the boot animation but the phone falls back to the default Android boot animation. Even with this my phone booted about 5 seconds faster compared to the stock VM boot animation

I timed from the moment I held power button till it finished mounting internal and external sdcards
