Root Unroot phone with out debugging mode?

my phone keeps turning off on the boot screen, i think the file was broken so it wont go trough so i can acess my phone
Is there anyway to unroot my phone or take the boot animation without putting phone into debbuging mode since i cant?

Well it was as easy as just upgrading it with the LG page
I had the drivers installed so the computer recognized the phone even without the phone been on.
I just downloaded the upgrade and it took the root off without having to access debugging mode or internet connection

Is there anything to downgrade from ZVD to ZVB so i can root it again>?
