Deleted Home Screen :( Can't access Settings for USB Debugging

Hey Guys,
I stupidly was trying to free up room and deleted LG home thus my UI.
The phone is LG P960 with rooted Gingerbread 2.3.4. I can't access USB debugging is there anyway to open that through button pressing on boot up?
If anyone has a Gingerbread 2.3.4 update i might be able to run that through the boot menu and it may reinstall it. So now whenever i turn on the phone I get the initial start up config i.e set time etc after i finish this the (application has stopped working box opens) saying settings cannot be loaded. Any help would be much appreciated thanks guys..

Thanks for the warm welcome guys i checked the other forums and couldn't find the info or software i needed... do u guys know where i can download updates for the factory firmware??
