Recommend a stable ROM for long battery life

Hi,
When I first bought GS2, I used to get great battery life overnight like 3% total with app settings below, and my phone was able to last up to 5 days if I don't use them. I use my phone to receive occassional calls and use apps like GPS navigations/browsers for urgent work only.

After many Kies stock upgrades and flashing custom ROMs, my phone is down to ~1-2% battery drain every hour at night, I consider it a lot because I prefer to go multiple days without charging. The ROMs I already tried were CM7, CM9, neatrom, checkrom, etc.

Can someone suggest a ROM that meets my criteria:
Apps:
- default apps / configurations
- Works with gmail sync and have google play
- Works with exchange mail setup

Settings that I can live with overnight:
- 2G
- no data, no wifi, no gps, no sync

Battery criteria:
- no more than 4% drain overnight (8 hours), ideally 2% or less!

There is no holy grail rom/kernel/config that will work across the board for everyone. Each phone and setup is an individual puzzle that only you can solve properly. You need to tweak things for yourself until you get the best results.

I can only give you pointers as to what works best for me. Currently I have Neat LPI with Siyah 3.4 on battery profile. This generally gives me 0.25% - 1% per hour overnight drain. Some nights it can be up to 1% per hour, but 9 times out of 10, its in the region of 0.25% - 0.5% per hour.

AS you are obviously rooted, I would take a look through this thread

Over on the, "All Things Root", section of the forum is the NEAT thread which contains this post on the UHLPS firmware.

Also on there is the thread, "Battery Saving Tips... rooted SGSII", which will give you the best battery life improvements.

Neat LPI? I saw "UHLPS NeatRom Lite" seems to be the latest ([ROM][CWM] NeatRomLite/NeatROM PURE STOCK DEODEX UHLPS FULL*Hidden Games,Apps* - xda-developers), please correct if I'm wrong.

theoretically yes but I beg to differ, as its basically a modded Argentinian XXLPS which was released in March.

But like I said, you just need to try things yourself.
My advice to you was for Neat LPI as this is fantastic for me. If you want to try Neat UHLPS then go ahead, it may be fantastic for you. It is for many people, but I'm happy as I am with LPI.
