I was wondering if there are any JB ROMs out there yet with toggles built in? I know there are market options available, but I really like the "long press for settings" that the built-in options tend to have (i.e. long press on WiFi toggle to bring up the WiFi settings directly).

The only JB ROM I've tried so far is Vicious 4.1.1 which seems pretty neat, but very near stock - it was fun to get a taste of Google Now and the "butter" which is quite impressive, but I have become addicted to AOKP and/or CM's "Rom Control" options!
It's difficult to give up on a ROM when I have it set up "just so" and jump into a new one, but JB seems very nice!

I know what you mean about the customizations but JB has thrown that out the window for me at least temporarily

CM10 Jellybro has the toggles now. Only LTE toggle isn't working. Great rom! By the way, I didn't know about the long press for settings, but that works on the jellybro toggles. Here's a link:
