Question on hiding name on text messages

My friend asked me a question that I can't answer.

Is there anyway to block/edit out the name when you're texting someone? Like I'm texting and the upper left hand corner shows who i am texting with. When people walk over from behind they'lll see who i am texting with.

So is there anyway to:

1. Hide the name
2. Replace it with something else
3. change the font size??

any one of them?

or no go?

Im not sure about the stock messaging app, but with Handcent you can go in and change it so the name is not there and it just shows the number.


Edit*using Handcent I just changed mine to where the name and number no longer show, in the top left corner its now empty

btw...if you want to do that...put all the pics/videos the girl you shouldn't be texting has sent you in a folder...and put a period at the beginning of the name of the folder for example ".private"
