Help problem with google play store

I Need Help To Resolve This Error that Google Play Has Been Giving Me From Afternoon. As You Can See in The Attachment i Can't Get Into The Google Play Appstore In My Galaxy SII. I Did a Little Google Search But No Solution Was Given.. I Read That it Has To Be With The Credit Card You Have In the Account But i Have None Because i Dont Buy Anything. i Have Tried Everything Restart , Clearing Cache , Reselect The Same Account But i Just Cant Get Into The Store. I Can download Apps From The Internet on PC But Not From The Application Itself,
Please Help. :(

No, all of your friends and co-workers haven't disappeared. They just can't chat with you via Google Talk.
It appears the popular chat service went down Thursday morning.
From Google's website just before 7 a.m.:
"We're aware of a problem with Google Talk affecting a majority of users. The affected users are able to access Google Talk, but are seeing error messages and/or other unexpected behavior."
Google also issued an update at 7:50 a.m.:
"We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by 7/26/12 8:50 AM detailing when we expect to resolve the problem."
And another at 8:50 a.m.:

"Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by 7/26/12 9:50 AM with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience."
So until the problem is fixed, you may actually have to make eye contact with the guy in the cubicle across from you.
We'll update when we find out more.
UPDATE: Looks like Google Talk returned for some people by 10:30 a.m. There is still no official word on a cause of the outage from Google.
At 10:50 a.m. Google released the following update:
"Google Talk service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change."

Hi. I've been having the same issue since last night so maybe its a problem with the app itself and not our accounts. Will look into this and post if anything.

Verified with different accounts and they all show the same error. Will need to wait for a fix from Google. Not much help but guess that's all we can do.

i've tried re-installing the app, clear the cache and still having the same problem, and can't find any info on the web. but i can go to the android apps webpage and can see my apps and upgrade and everything but not from my phone.

Me too. I'm using the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and I'm getting the same error
Try installing version 3.4.7 which is actually 'Google play shop' & download something, while it gets downloaded goto application manager》Google play store》clear cache and wait for 5 mins. It will revert to ver 3.10.9 & you''ll be able to download normally.

I also have a galaxy tab 10.1 with the same play store error. I tried this but it did not work. I do not know what else to try >_<

I'm also getting the same error message on my Nexus 7! Can someone please help? I've tried to factory restore the device, flash back to older factory images, clear cache and data & install older versions of the play store, use different Google accounts, but yet none of these has solved the problem :(

This is happening to me also, I've cleared cache, uninstalled updates, and deleted my account and put it back in, get an older version of play until 12 midnight everyday then it updates to the latest play store with the error message. That Google forum is not helpful at all!! Try to get play store on web and it goes to app with error message.

Try settings, Apps, All and clear defaults in the Play Store.

I think that would let you stay in the browser and not launch the app.

1. settings --> Apps --> All --> Google Services Framework --> Clear Data --> Force Stop. 2. settings --> Apps --> All --> Google Play Store --> Clear Data --> Clear Cache --> Force Stop. 3. Restart Device.

ps. i think that the last update has a bug and is causing this error

Rron, thanks but that didn't work either, it immediately updates the play store again once I restart my phone.. Ugh I can't believe not more people have this problem.
Earlymon, used Chrome to get Play on the web but it's just not the same, the look is horrible and not as fluid as the app. I'll have to deal but I hate it!!!

More fluid in Dolphin than Chrome (by far) but still not the look and feel.

Anyway - just a stop gap until this gets sorted.
