Root [Sprint/Cricket] Trying to update?

My Sprint phone keeps trying to install an update. My phone has CWM and ROOTED. What do I need to do get my phone updated from LF9 to LG4? When my phone trys to reboot to install the OTA update it just stops on the CWM screen then I hit reboot and it comes up ok but no update installed.

Install a custom ROM that prevents OTA notifications. PhantomHacker, Freeza, and Clark's are all reliable ROMs.

Install a custom ROM that prevents OTA notifications. PhantomHacker, Freeza, and Clark's are all reliable ROMs.

I would like to have the update. The notifications I can do with out after I update.
